Rise of the Planet of the Apes

A movie like this can take one of two paths. Either it can be a morally simple, action-based movie with clear good and bad, or it can be a morally challenging examination of human (or animal) behavior. This film tried to do both, and achieved neither.

What we ended up with was a feature-length PETA commercial, minus the sexy parts.
