FitBit Charge

I lost my FitBit Flex back in September 2014.  I've been a little, well, a lot lax with my activity levels without it.  . Enter the Charge.  I started March 26th 2015 and synced it with Facebook to see about a little boost from comparing my stats with those of my friends.
The Charge tracks my sleep far better than the Flex ever did.  I find that I don't have to go in and log naps, the Charge has me covered.  I work nights irregularly and the Charge even manages to figure out when I've fallen asleep on the couch watching a movie vs me actively watching a movie.
It also tracks flights of stairs really well.  Laundry day means an easy 6 flights alone.

One thing that happened though, and I find it to be a big thing to me, the time syncing.  It was behind by an hour and 34 minutes.  The app on the phone showed the correct time, but the Charge was off.  I noticed because I forgot my analog work watch and was using the Charge's stopwatch to do vitals, I went to check the time for meds and found the discrepancy.  Very not okay.
Looking on the FitBit site offered no solutions to my particular issue.  Resetting isn't an option because I was at work.  There were vague workarounds and none worked for me.  What I did do, though, was to reset my time zone to GMT, sync, and then set my time zone back to EST and synced again.  Voila.  It worked.
I don't leave my bluetooth on all the time, so the Charge only syncs when I let it and maybe that is the glitch.  But really, can't they just right the code so it sets its time to the phone or computer instead of making that ridiculously long drop down list?
When I do leave the bluetooth on, it is for the convenience of using the caller ID feature.  It vibrates once and displays the callers name, which is great for when the phone is in my pocket or my bag...also on vibrate.
I liked the Charge+HR model and really want the heart rate feature, but the footprint of that on my wrist was a little too large, especially when I do remember to wear my analogue watch.

My FitBit Profile, friend me if you like.
